Restaurants as well as cultural, sports and leisure facilities will remain closed by the end of February.
Shops and markets will be closed by Monday. Shops and markets offering goods for daily use are excluded from this decision.
It will also continue to be custom buying.
The regulation that shops, fuel shops, and kiosks should remain closed after 7:00 and Sundays will be removed.
Five people can have a full share in private activities. Children are also counted on this number.
Gatherings in public spaces are also limited to five people.
Employers are obliged to repair their work from home wherever possible because of the nature of activity and where it can be applied with normal effort. When housework is not possible or only partially possible, further measures are taken at the workplace: To protect workers in the workplace, putting a mask around a room requires more than one person.
People at special risk are specifically protected. To that end, the right to work from house to house or to shield the equivalent of work or even rest for especially vulnerable people is presented.
For those at risk in professions in which safeguard clauses cannot be implemented, the employer must release employees in question from their full-paid job obligation.
