Two years ago, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which was then led by Behgjet Pacolli, had illegally promoted Vjosa Osmani's husband, don Sadriun.
He was given diplomatic degrees to the minister and a 4-year term in Skopje. Although the general director had never recommended his promotion. Director Albert Prajna had even reacted by demanding that Sadriu's case be reviewed because he considered it illegal.
Similarly, Prenaj had announced to the ministry that Sadriu was involved in a physical clash.
The newspaper Insider has secured the letter Prenkaj sent to the minister, dated July 18, 2019, two days after Sadri's promotion. In this letter, Prenkaj relates how Sadriu had offended and then involved in physical clashes with Lulzim the doctor, director of Political Affairs at the MPJ, at the time.
“During the organisation of a non- formal meeting with the two students who attended the summer University organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, based on Adviser Besnik Hoti, assisted by the Director for Political Affairs, Mr. Lulzim Medic at MPJ facilities, Princeton Sadriu has harassed and insulted Mr. The doctor, which caused the excalation of the situation until physical clashes”, says the letter provided by Inseder.
Prenkaj, had declared that Sadriu has no competence or assessment to exercise office with the minister's rank.
“Considering that Mr. Sadriu for a few months has been the promoter of verbal and physical conflicts, any assessment and reference for promotions, is disabled. Moreover, Mr. Sadriu has neither the level of competence nor the assessment that he is able to exercise the post by rank of Minister”, said in Prenkaj's letter providing the Insander newspaper.
But despite that, Sadriu was given diplomatic degrees to the minister and a four-year term in Skopje.
Prenkaj had reacted immediately, writing to Behgjet Pacolli, reminding him that he had given no recommendation to Sadri.
Insander two years ago published the letter of the director general, who demanded that Pacolli reconsider his decision to promote Princeton Sadriu again.
“General Director, in any form has offered no proposal for the subject of the date decision. 15.07.2019”, said the general director sent to Minister Pacolli.
It has cited laws in power for which he has found violations in the decision to promote Vjosa Osman's husband.
In his letter, he mentioned the transfer, movement, and promotion of foreign service officials. It has clarified that the decision belongs to the foreign minister, but based solely on the general director's assessment.
Today, Front Online reported how Princeton Sadriu has had a virtual “ ” with Kosovo Ambassador to Skopje Gjergj Dedane.
Deday according to the electronic communications of January 25, 2021, which have been published, asked Sadriou that diplomatic staff should comply with the MPJD's ordinance for impartiality in the electoral process for Kosovo's extraordinary elections of February 14th 2021.
And Sadriu, according to these email communications reminds his boss, George Dedays, that he holds some official positions among them: First generation career diplomats at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspore, undercolons at the Ministry of Defence and First Lord in Task of the Republic of Kosovo.
