“Road Rounding specialists at the Durres Police Local Directorate arrested citizen F. K., 39, resident in Malisheva, Kosovo, as on the date 07.01.2021, at port environments, directing the type “Man” (trainer), has crashed citizen A. H., 25, who subsequently passed”, says the police report.
The event occurred yesterday at around 3: 30 p.m. inside port facilities, where the victim worked as a security worker.
According to witnesses, the young woman was standing in the port square, being on duty, while the heavy tonnage truck dragged her for several meters.
