By the PDK, Fatmir Xhelili, former chairman of the Commission for AKI Monitoring, the lack of directors of these institutions does not see it as problematic.
“We believe that these issues differ in legal and political terms. It is a fact that AKI and the police have been very often changed to leaders recently, and this is not good because of the motivation and uncertainty of those institutions' own”, Fatmir Xhelili told RTV Dukagjin.
Former LVV President Sali Zyba says it should not rush to appoint these heads of institutions without electing the new institutions.
“As political subjects we have said that we should not rush and err as other times in unfavourable security appointments of the country so that any decision should meet a new legislature”, Sali Zyba said.
By the end of 2020, Prime Minister Hoti sent them. D Presidents a name for AKI chief, but the same one has yet to make a decision in this direction.
