Brothers and sisters,
About 200,000 records to vote from the gates. What a number!
Never in our history until now have we had such hurricanes participating in the country's elections. This is a historic and unique referendum on dignity and democracy. I'm so proud to be one of you.
We all have a purpose: to return the country to the citizen from those who stole it and looted it to this day.
