Full announcement:
The Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) requires the Central Election Commission (KQZ) to implement all decisions of justice institutions for the certificate of candidates and political subjects for participation in the election.
Reasoning the Office for Registering Political Partys and Certificate in the CEC that they do not have enough time and do not have the capacity to implement the Kosovo Judiciary Council's decision is unstable, because the decisions of justice institutions must be implemented in all, without any exception.
The LDK urges political subjects in the race for the February 14th elections to implement the Constitutional Court's decision and other institutions of justice to clean up electoral lists from those who violated the law.
For the LDK, no political party and no candidate is above the law, and that is worth it.
The Democratic League of Kosovo also condemns the lynching campaign against CEC chairman Mrs. Valdete Daka.
We ask the rule and justice institutions to investigate and condemn all who are attacking the CEC leader.
The LDK calls for local and international observers as well as embassies of friendly countries to condemn Vetevendosje's effort to apprehend and blackmail independent institutions.
