Philosopher and Professor Blerim Latifi says Anton Chetta is being refused only because he was Catholic.

Mr. Latifi comes after last hour's debate over Anton Ceta's September.

Full response:

One thing you should know: Those who today are obstructing Anton Ceta's September deployment in Pristina, tomorrow have asked for Mother Teresa's September and Skenderbe's. I had once thought that refusing to place Anton Ceta in the courtyard of the Albanological Institute was simply a matter of personal resentment among academics. I was wrong. Such rejection has only religious causes. Anton Ceta is rejecting him because he was Catholic and for analolaic minds the national belonging of someone has no pre-religious value. It is these minds who for years try to penetrate with their poison throughout Kosovo's institutional and cultural life, with the sole aim of turning this country into once again a miserable villa, as it was for centuries.
