Electoral Panel for Anxiety and Parashtera has decided, in part, in favour of political parties' complaints of certificate of candidate lists for MPs. PZAP has decided to only certificate candidates who meet legal conditions.
They're off-listed with final bias in the last three years. This list includes Vetevendosje Movement candidate Albin Kurti. In the VV except for him, the candidacy has been banned by four other candidates. The decision emphasises that Albin Kurti, Albulen Hadziu, Lieburn Aliu, Bajram Mavriqi and Labinos Demi-Murtezi cannot be replaced with other candidates.
The similar decision is for the Social Democrat Initiative. The party has certified lists, but without the names of Vesel Krasniqi, Besnik Berisha, Nisretta Bytyci, Valentina Alijaj, Xhafer Berisha, Aziz Thaci, Musa Fetaj, Hasime Daka, Fatmir Grdellaj, Vehbi Avkullaj, Endrit Shala and Ardian Nokaj.
Even these candidates can be replaced by others.
Parties that want to complain about this decision have 24 hours to complain at the Supreme Court. The Supreme will have three days to decide.
The certificate process closes on January 31st.
