He admitted that he had oxygen problems, but that this happened because they didn't think there'd be so much need for oxygen on the ground.
The “I've repeatedly said there are difficulties and challenges, but there is no risk in patients' lives, no single days and hours patients have not been left without oxygen”, Krasniqi told Dukaagjini TV.
It says that since the month of January, when in various parts of the world, Covid had to be more visionary about management of pandemic.
