The flags of Kosovo and Albania have been reportedly deliberately damaged in front of the two countries' embassies in Podgorica.
But this is exposed by the Kosovo Embassy in Montenegro, officials of this embassy have said the flags have been damaged by rain and strong winds, and that no one has deliberately damaged them.
10 flags from 14 have been damaged by rain and strong winds, a Kosovo Embassy official in Podgorica has said.
Tomorrow, however, all damaged flags are expected to be replaced.
