Last year is considered a state of war for the country's citizens. He's coming out to be very difficult, as a result of dealing with COVID-19. This infection also changed their party because they say they were close to their families. However, their expectations are enormous. Their hopes are even based on political changes, with the holding of new elections. But there are those who have no great expectations for this year.

Ramadan Sadij, has come from Albania for the first time in Pristina to celebrate the New Year. He says this year has been with many challenges, meanwhile, he adds he expects major progress for Kosovo.

The “has generally been a year of consequences, with inadequate expectations due to disease, even the earthquake we've experienced in Albania. But thank God we're healthy and I pray for a better year... We're in Pristina for the first time with families... From this new year from Kosovo we expect to be recognised in the UN, the reciprocal agreement with Serbia, interests both us and you, and an economy for Albanians wherever they are, in all Albanian areas”, he says.

While Ramadan Brahimi, who lives in Kosovo, says the holiday this year was good, but that within large ones was left facing COVID-19.

There's something wrong with the “, but not like other years. It's been a tough year, looking all over the globe, so we can wait for the future for something better. Maybe we're getting rid of the virus. During this year we're expecting a lot of resources because we couldn't have done it in the past year. Big suit, I don't know what to say before, everything. I pray that you young people expect something better, or you're looking at”, he points out.

Fadil Memeti calls it “psychological war”, last year. He even says that he does not expect much of this year.

Very nice, in the family as ever. Well, it's been a great party this year, too. I'm thinking, but last year, it hasn't been good. It's been a psychological war, not a special fight. Thank God we're left, we're safe. Those who die are dead. We're hoping this year God will soon release the entire world from this psychological war that we've had, and now we're expecting some more political changes to come, which are giving a lot of promises, and very little work, promises as much as you want. We see, we don't expect much more”, he adds.

Bekim Hyski, who has come to Kosovo on vacation, says he is always mentally in his native country, so he hopes the year 2021 will bring changes to the country.

I've lived out for 22 years, this time it's been a little harder because of the situation, I hope next year we get better than this year... I live abroad, I live in Germany for many years, but we have a heart in Kosovo who are outside. I hope the new government will come, no matter which, it has to do for more youth”, he adds.
