They warn that in the coming weeks Kosovo could register increased new cases of coronarys even with the fact that political parties are holding electoral gatherings, in which, in most cases, the two main measures against pandemics are not being respected: wearing the mask and distance, reports the REL.
The new version, originally identified in the United Kingdom in September last year, according to experts, is more contagious than the initial version of the Coronobrus, which first appeared at the end of 2019 in Vuhan, China. The World Health Organization has said that this version has already spread to over 70 countries worldwide. But this is not the only option of the coronary. Two new options have been discovered in Brazil and South Africa as well.
Infectious at the Kosovo University Clinical Centre, Sali Ahmeti, says that with the presentation of cases with the new British version, Kosovo should not relax, but that citizens and institutions should increase vigilance.
“The new Variant is among us. This does not mean that there is a need for any particular concern, since this option does not have major changes in relation to the previous version. In a clinical sense, this option is not much different from the preconception, but the potential for spread is greater, of course, the affecting of the age of the cloud is greater. But that's an alarm we shouldn't relax. We have to be as careful as possible in respecting protective measures against the possibility of contracting coronary infection”, Ahmeti said.
Acting Minister of Health Andmendi Zemaj, at a news conference Friday, has said that of the 30 samples sent for analysis at a laboratory in Germany, three have resulted positive with the new British version.
