Hanover's public prosecutor wants to bring Chiefs H. alias “ambassor” in court.
Chiefs H., as the top defendant, has been arrested in Schenoverdingen in late June 2020, broadcast albinfo.ch. During his search at his home, federal police had discovered the 65-year-old counterfeiter's workshop.
Chiefs H. According to the prosecution, it has enabled customers paying, entering Germany, or staying in the Federal Republic for much longer periods. Many of them seem to be from the capital of the land and the surrounding area of Hanover.
According to the district court spokesman, the accused Kosovar has “used a stamp of professionally worked passport check”.
It was mostly Albanians who used its services. The 65-year-old was called “Ambassador” in respective circles.
The Public Prosecutor's Office charges H. 22 illegal acts. According to the office, he was active from 2017 to his arrest six months ago.
According to the indictment, 65-year-old has won 23,000 euros, the prices for stamps started at 500 euros.
Fellow Hagen W. (57) and Marco K. (48) are accused of helping 65-year-olds in 2019 to compile and create stereotypes.
Chiefs U., it was discovered only after inspectors at one point discovered that passport seals were outdated: “Some of these are no longer used by the true authorities”.
Further investigations, under the extensive operation, eventually led to the 65-year-old who was leading a counterfeit worker, Scheverdingen Heidedrais. During the search, federal police faced seals, vehicle registration documents and other empty documents.
The trial date for “ambassor” and his associates at the regional court have not yet been set.
