The secretary of this organisation, Faton Klinku, has said that from this court which they describe as political could be invited by any soldier KLA.
The last “has been frequented by special court invitations. Our attitude as the KLA's OVL has been and it is that from a political court each member of the KLA can be invited. The struggle for freedom is the right of every people captive, and there is no trial that condemns it. Otherwise, today the Judge of Pre-Procedure Procedure has rejected the request for the release of former head of the Parliament, Kadri Wessel.
His lawyer, Ben Emmerson, had earlier filed a special request for Wessel's release, but the arguments presented by him were rejected by the court.
