In the heart of Ferizaj's city, unaided connections between substations that will directly affect cutting stops in supply have already been developed. Rings have also created alternatives to supply. Transformers are designed to have two sources of consumer supply, meaning that if there are supply barriers on their line, it immediately passes to the other line and they don't face its stops.

Through through these investments, comprehensive modernisation of the network is being made available so that consumers can receive quality and safe electricity services. Investments into the power grid are continuing every day throughout Kosovo, showing the company's commitment to fulfilling promises and its determination to get closer to the consumer.
