Hoti next to the photograph wrote with sarcasm: “Time to change the chip”.
This description comes as some people in both foreign countries and Kosovo refuse to take an anti vaccine CO VID after choosing to believe some theories that a chip in each person's skin will be inserted through the vaccine and that someone can kill the lives of all the people in the world.
