Kosovo's Archbishop has placed the September of former President Ibrahim Rugova in the courtyard of the cathedral “past Mother Teresa” in Pristina, without the mayor's permission.
This comes after Idyavia gave up the September deployment of Anton Chetta, which his family opposed, reported Klan Kosova.
Pristina Deputy Mayor Selim Pacolli has said that for the deployment of Rugova's September, he has not granted municipal permission, nor has one been asked.
His September is worked by sculptor Fatmir Hoxha and is expected to be inaugurated.
