Hoxhaj has estimated that February 14th will be crucial for the start of the war plan against organised crime, and in particular the seizure of property acquired with criminal activity. According to this party, there are even two concepts in this election, which respect the independent institutions of Kosovo and the Vetevendosje Movement, which lynches the latter.
There is no successful and functional state without rule of law. There is neither democracy nor state without rule of law. And in these elections there are two concepts, a concept which respects rule of law, which respects the laws of Kosovo and the independent institutions of Kosovo. And another concept by LVV, which lynchs independent Kosovo institutions, which does not respect the rule of law and which is interested in overturning our judicial and political system in Kosovo”, he has said.
While Abelard Tahiri has stressed that the programme of The PDK in the field of justice will produce concrete results in the fight against organised crime.
We also declassified the new concept of declaring the property of senior public officials, the way to verify their property. In order not to allow any abuse of public money and other issues, as well as the aspect of improving, changing criminal justice, which enables effective prosecution of corrupts, criminals, traffickers, fraud and tribute. So we have a concrete commitment which we introduced today to the students of the Jurydical faculty”, he said.
