Hoxhaj: Illegal constructions worth 10 billion euros will be legalised, without affecting public interest

Candidate for Prime Minister PDK, Enver Hoxhaj, writes that Kosovo is about 400,000 illegal construction worth about 10 billion euros.

He says those under PDK rule will be legalised without touching public property or public interest in thereby unblocking this economy capital”.

Hoxhaj writes:

There are about 400,000 illegal construction, houses, residence and business locals, which are awaiting legalisation in Kosovo. Their value is estimated at about 10 billion euros and included over 350 thousand families. This capital has remained blocked because in the absence of possessive sheets, the owners of these construction are not even as credit mortgages are being used. We will legalize all illegal construction that does not affect public property or public interest, thus unblocking this capital to give momentum to our economic recovery.
