Hoti said formalising state relations comes after phone conversations he has conducted with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu from the White House in Washington on September 4th 2020.
Push Hoti stressed that Kosovo, as a secular state, welcomes recognition and establishment of diplomatic relations with the state of Israel.

The officiality of state relations comes after the phone conversation I held on September 4th 2020 with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, from the Oval Office at the White House in Washington.
Kosovo as the Parliamentary Republic, as a secular state, welcomes recognition and establishment of diplomatic relations with the state of Israel and commits to expanding co-operation in every area of mutual interest.
