Kosovo's acting prime minister, Avdullah Hoti, has been declared about Kosovo-Serbia dialogue. He says that in dialogue with Serbia, he has entered on clear principles, which the principle has listed through a script in “Facebook”
He says, among other things, he has stressed that the final agreement on dialogue should include mutual recognition between Kosovo and Serbia.
Today Hoti writes that Kosovo's territorial integrity is non-negotiable and that there is no association with executive competence.

With regard to my approach and the Government of the Republic of Kosovo in relation to the process of dialogue, lies are being said, so I want to explain:
We have entered into dialogue with Serbia on clear principles:
The Guide has been and remains the Constitution of Kosovo.
Kosovo's territorial integrity is non-negotiable.
Kosovo's constitutional organisation is not affected.
