During this meeting, Hoti said <x0 fal to LDK governance in recent months has restored partnership with the international community”, Kosovo reports
“E we took over when Kosovo was isolated and with sanctions. But after a few weeks we returned relations with the international community, we had several visits to Brussels and other European countries. Then came Washington's agreement that is good for Kosovo. We took the government at a time when there were serious threats of withdrawal of US troops as we arrived as a government to send the Kosovo Army on missions with the American Army. This is a complete change of course, like the nightly day, with those ahead of us in government”, Hoti said.
According to him, the situation with pandemic and its effects has been successfully managed.
“Kosovo is managing pandemic successfully. These are international estimates. We expect vaccines to arrive in February. As for the situation with the economy, we have managed to reduce the economic downturn. The predictions were we're going to have an economic decline of 11 %s, but with the actions we took we've halved that figure. In addition to the means already introduced into the economy, in January we will begin implementing the new package worth 222m euros”, Hoti said.
We will spare no one in this campaign. We won't let people lose their minds. Kosovo, which faces flooding three days, Kurti, instead of demanding commitment from the government, comes out and threatens that the prosecutor will commit that somewhere a street or a fence has not been built well. He talks about these things when people are forced to leave their homes. We have to do whatever we can to make this model of governance”, Hoti said.
