ATK Director-General's Duty Agent exercises these conform competencies Law No. 03/L-222 for Tax Administration and Procedures, completed and changed with Law No.04/L-102 with Law No.04/L-15, with Law No.04 / L-223 and other legislation in effect.
After I complete the U.D. task. The director general of ATK, Mr. Hyseyan comes back to his job according to the act he had before that decision.
This decision comes into force today and is imposed on the Ministry of Finance and ATK for its implementation.
