We've had Kurti, with some conspiracy theories, trying to avoid dialogue. I've established our principles since the first week and hired them with coalition partners. Our principles have been public and they've been discussed with civil societies, but they've also been introduced to the Kosovo Assembly, so completely transparent”, Hoti said in RTK, follows Periscope.
