Former President of The PDK, Ferat Shala, has shared the confession of two brothers, KLA fighters, Aziz and Osman Islam.
Here's the full confession that Mr. Shala:
Aziz and Osman Islam are two brothers, who for many in our world are special. I have known them in very difficult times, when men were esteemed, not by fame and riches, but by honor, by man's oath. In my memory, Aziz Islam is marked as one of my early professors of those professors whose authority was always shadowing the aura. When I first saw him give artistic forms to monk stones and wood, then I realized that artists as Minister Islam actually gave their figures and part of their soul. When the freedom rifles broke out, Professor Azizi left the Academy of Arts, left Athena, and became a fighter. We were so happy that among us we had a warrior professor as minister of Islam. Athelene with sculptures in the monks burned the flames of war, but from their ashes our freedom was built.
Even the account of his brother of Asia Ousmane is unique, as Osman himself is. His manhood and bravery I have always admired. I have many memories of fighting Osman, like one of the greatest warriors of Drenica. Throughout the war he never knew to turn his back on the enemy, as had his fellow Istikams, Muj Krasniqi and Fehmi Ladrovci. Osman did not give up even in December the ice of 1998, when in Drenica he came to bring the mandate of the fall of 41 of our friends to the helm with Commander Muje Krasniqi. I still remember the moment she gave me that white letter that changed inside of her mourning for the 41 warriors in Easter. I may have fainted that moment, but I remember that Osman Islam did not. There was also room in his heart for our pain.
