Acting Minister of Health Armenmen Zemaj has said that the state of Kosovo has managed the pandemic situation -- best, in the region if so, in Europe.
Zemaj has stressed that from 100 beds, as early as they were in hospitals, tenfold, in over 1,000 beds.
“We have been working from June, it was imperative, the increase in hospital capacities, because it was the first wave, the second wave, and unfortunately, there were few beds, now in our development parameters, above all of our joint engagement with international partners, ten times the capacities, beds, up from 120, over 1,000. We managed to mobilise our capacities. With management of the situation, we were one of the best states in the region, if so, but in Europe”, Zemaj said in Kanal10.
