“Vyosa Osmani has violated the Constitution of Kosovo. He's been politically promoted to the President's post. She never deserved that position. She's a career witness so far. I felt sorry, Mr. Albin Kurti, even in this case, because so far it has been proven that wherever the second Vjosa Omsan was, the first has suffered badly. Look at Fatmir Sejdiu's fate, Isa Mustafa. Albin Kurti will have the same fate when Vyosa Osman is next to him. I would like Mr. Kurti to be part of the race like all the other candidates, but Albin Kurti hasn't stopped anyone. His actions and violation of his law have hindered him. And I am for the legitimacy to be implemented because democracy has rules, there are standards, and laws. And they must be respected by all. If it is good to show the country by vote this time”, Haxhiu has declared for EO.
He has said that violent and aggressive actions have silenced VV leader Albin Kurti to be a candidate.

But the independence of Kosovo institutions, including the Constitutional Court, including our Central Election Commission and independent institutions, should be respected and no one should try to capture it for themselves. They are independent institutions, and we should respect them. Otherwise, we will have a violation of democracy even without taking the vote, attempting dictatorship with some Facebook consent. The vote will determine that Kosovo will travel on February 14th”, Haxhiu added.
Even Blerta Deliu of the PDK has had criticism of Osman.
“Vyosa Osmani has built her political career under the victimisation of being a woman in politics, being hit from all sides. During her political activity, she had a mouth full of women's empowerment. But yesterday, she could no longer control her hypocrisy because she is now the militant of Albin Kurti and for a moment forgot the entire line she was empowered to be a politician. Her mind towards a woman of an independent institution, Mrs. Valdete Daka, it's a discouragement for hundreds of thousands of women, who are showing courage in commitment, participation in activism”, wrote Deliu on Facebook.
