Hasan has said the same interpretation is expected by the Supreme Court, while he has said that the Constitution has not needed to turn the case into a year-long issue.
We're getting into a vortex of interpretations, which we can come to a position when we say we don't know what the execution is. The last case is completely out of what we call jurisdiction, because it created a rate of assembly, like going to the drug store and looking for nails.
