Minister Haradinaj- Stublla said that since Ambassador Björnstad is a good expert on Balkan issues and the complex Kosovo report Serbia was discussed at this meeting, the complexity of the issue was widely discussed.
Kosovo has been committed and engaged in dialogue for more than a decade, but without epilogue. Now, Kosovo and Serbia need dialogue with epilogue, and that should happen as short as possible for mutual recognition to occur on the existing borders, and Western Balkan states eventually enter the Euro-integration agenda. That was the message I conveyed today, stressing Kosovo's readiness to respect a defined agenda of time dialogue, under US leadership and in co-ordination with the EU, always maintaining Kosovo's three non-negotiable principles: territorial integrity, constitutional order, and the country's unitary character”, she said.
Minister Haradinaj-Subla thanked Norway for its support of Kosovo, praising the good relations between the two countries.
Kosovo's diplomatic chief said she expects Norway to be a supporter of Kosovo in the aspirations for NATO membership, to expand the range of security and stability in the region even wider.
“Texa Kosova is towards the election process, indicated there will be no institutional vacuum, and that the tradition of free and democratic elections will continue”, she said.
