Haradinaj: I am a candidate for president, to empower Kosovo in security plan

Kosovo's “citizens demand reforms, require progress, require a new dynamic in the country, and a government and prime minister pushing ahead of reforms. The odds in this election are better for VV and Mr. Kurti. But Kosovo's sustainability also depends on the country's fair positions of president. Kosovo also needs a political and institutional balance. I am a candidate for president, to empower Kosovo in the internal plan and especially in the security plan,” said Haradinaj, stressing that its goal is NATO membership.

According to him, a strong prime minister needs a strong president.

Haradinaj said that again Kosovo is facing security challenges, citing talks with Serbia and mistakes that have been made in the past in this direction.

For this reason, he said the burden of responsibility falls on the president. Haradinaj said Kosovo must achieve the full degree of security, especially with NATO membership.
