Handikos has called on political parties to pledge that they will pay due attention to issues of limited ability, including in government party programmes.
It also requires that party goals and actions regarding individuals with limited skills be concrete and measurable.
Out of general, Handikos requires “The improvement and implementation of the constitutional and legal framework for ensuring and protecting the rights of disabled persons in the Republic of Kosovo”.
