Judgment against the leaders of the War Veterans Organisation, Hysni Gucati and Nasim Haradinaj can start much faster than anticipated. This is because the Specialised Prosecution has been demanding that this be done since the first months of this year.
The Specialised Prosecutor's Office has handed over its parachutes for the conference on the performance of the case against Hysni Gucatt's Nasim Haradinaj, which will be held tomorrow.
The published documents show that the specialised prosecutor has underlined the fact that it will provide full evidence and, under the established rules by February 19th, will present evidence.
Some of the information provided is temporary at this time. However, the ZPS predicts that it will be able to provide full evidence and expose lists by February 19th”, the Specialised Prosecutor's Parase said.
In this case, the Specialised Prosecutor's Office requires that the trial against Hysni Haradinaj and Hysni Gucati be launched in the spring of this year.
“Submissioning to applicable safeguard clauses and the fact that preliminary procedures are close to completion, the ZPS sees no reason why the trial should not be set for spring”, said the Specialised Prosecutor's Parares.
In addition, the ZPS says that in the coming days more investigative action will be taken, but that the same will be carried out during the pre-trial phase.
Thus, the Special Prosecutor's Office predicts that in court I will present documented evidence, including audio/video material, reports, photographs and publications with open sources.
In this context, The Hague's total prosecution has predicted that on trial it will present 838 pages of evidence -- 18 hours and 59 minutes and 30 seconds of audio-visual materials and 52 transcripts.
There are in total 27 audio/video material and four reports. In the meantime, on the basis of the table presented, no evidence was planned to be presented by any possible witness.

However, against deadlines proposed by the Special Prosecutor, it is expected to respond to the defence of Nasim Haradinaj and Hysni Gucatit.
The act against Hysni Gucati was confirmed on December 11, as it became public three days later.
They were held first session after confirmation of the indictment, while only Gucati has been declared guilty.
The statement about guilt, meanwhile, is expected tomorrow to make Nasim Haradinaj.
