The suspect, identified as 32-year-old Jason Nightingale, entered a parking garage and shot a 30-year-old who was sitting in his vehicle, who then died from his wounds.
A few moments later, the gunman entered a building and shot a security guard.
The same guy broke into a store and was shot in the head by a 20-year-old.
