Pristina, Fushe Kosova, Podujevo, North Mitrovica, South Mitrovica, Zvecani and Gjilani.
There are 14 municipalities in the yellow area:
Suhareka, Lipjan, Obilici, Maliseva, Yunik, Vushtrria, Kline, Shdja, Prizren, Peja, Gjakova, Gracanica, Kamenica, Ferizaj.
In the green area are 17 municipalities:
Decani, Vitita, Rahovez, Dragashi, Drenas, Istog, Svanteraji, Leposaviqi, Kacanic, Klokoti, Zubin Potoku, Mamusa, Novoberda, Hani of Elez, Partesh, Ranillug, and Shtrrpca.
