Government, SBASK reach agreement on collective contract, expected to be signed today

“I have seized all issues within the collective contract for education, measuring all key aspects”, Hoti said.
The prime minister in office said issues related to establishing the labour relationship, advancing, employment criteria, teaching rights, working time, etc.
He made it known that they agreed to pay their 13th pre-university salaries, starting in 2023, and that according to him would be linked to performance in education. Hoti said they were hired for daily food and transportation expenses.
These certainly have financial implications, and today the contract will be signed with some technical intervention”, Hoti said.
He further said it is a good moment to regulate the way education works and expressed satisfaction that they have addressed issues that have been seen with interest by the Ministry of Education and Science, as well as the SBASK.
Hoti also reiterated that due to increased hours of the work of educators during the pandemic, two additional payments will be paid in pay, at the end of February and at the end of May linear, in linear accordance with budgetary opportunities.
