Gastronomers seek work until 11:00 p.m. and pass them the prescribed sentences

I. THE PROPOZASE should be extended working hours for gastronomy businesses by 11:00;

2 / 1 PROPOZAZED to become removing the restriction of physical movement across the entire territory of Kosovo;

3 / 1 PROPOZAZED to be the pardoning of sentences pronounced during the pandemic to gastronomy businesses;

6 / 1 U n HORECA businesses -- not to pay the sentences pronounced during the pandemic -- until the implementation of the high points mentioned;

V. This decision comes into force on the day of its signing.

Reason:

This US Assembly decision comes from recent events involving the organisation of pre-election campaign gatherings, which have not respected the measures imposed by the QK itself, about physical distance, the setting of masks, the gathering of people, the time limit, and others.

Otherwise, it is contrary to one of the essential categories of the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, respectively, Article 3 [Barazea vs Law].
