Through a media communiqué, gastronoms estimate that these measures are in conflict with their demands, and especially with the actual management of the Devid-19 pandemic.
Gastronoms also stress that these measures are designed for political purposes, rather than for public health, and less for economics.
This is a complete communique:
A few hours ago, we were notified of new measures regarding the management of the Covid-19 pandemic.
These measures are contrary to our demands, and especially to the actual management of the Codwood-19 pandemic.
These measures are designed for political purposes, rather than for public health, much less for economics. The implementation of pre-election campaigns by which as many as 30 persons in closed spaces are now identified, ironically, wedding halls (stoped from operating for business purposes), and as many as 50 people on public squares, parks, etc.
Gastronomia in classified green and yellow municipalities from today can function until 10: 00 p.m., while classified red - colored municipalities can function until 9:00.
This gastronomial schedule is insufficient and unacceptable. Our situation is more than disturbing, and for us under these circumstances we would have to be allowed to function until 11:00 in the entire country.
The recent developments in the country broadcast the application of dual standards from the state, which until yesterday told us that we should stay home after 8:00, to protect ourselves from pandemic, and after this hour, we were invited to pre-election gatherings and organizations for electoral purposes, not applying the rules imposed by them!
These actions are contrary to Article 3 of the Constitution of Kosovo, respectively. [Barazia before the Law]
We are all equal before the law and the constitution. But there are exceptions to us!
No, double standards!
