Gashi compares Kurti's statement to Milosevic's

Analyst Dardan Gashi compares a statement by Albin Kurt to that of Slobodan Milosevic, Periscopi broadcasts.

The way Kurt responded to institutions. It's a different formula. State institutions must follow the will of the people.
