What's noteworthy is that this part of Emshire émshire a poor capital neighbourhood because of the poor infrastructure that since the postwar feels like huge rice fields usually filled with water.
Emshire ʹ sometimes called Calabria, in memory of the Arab community living in the huge region of South Italy, has faced numerous problems such as lack of water, adequate sewers, roads and overpopulation.
