Arjan Mehmeti from Vitia is an exile living in Switzerland. He says he has accepted a form of voting application abroad in an irregular manner.
Mehmeti has written on the social Facebook network that the form has gone from a suspicious organisation, as he says, linked by exports from the Vetevendosje Movement.
He has asked the CEC to investigate these cases.
