The chief of the European Union in Kosovo, Thomas Szunyog, has also spoken about the election run by politicians who are convicted of criminal acts.
Szunyog has said it is up to Kosovo institutions to decide who can run and who cannot run in parliamentary elections.
I just understood the legislation is very clear there are several stages of complaints, anyone who is unhappy with decisions can exploit them. I expect these steps to be taken, the decisions of relevant organs including court decisions will be respected, this is something in accordance with the principles of law”.
The one in Info Magazine of Kosovo has also been declared about whether the EU will work, with Albin Kurtin, the candidate for LV's prime minister, if he becomes prime minister and later his candidacy is rejected.
