Enver Hasani for uncensed candidates: Error surrounding application number

Former Constitutional Court Chairman Enver Hasani has named the absurd “Theatre” the situation with electoral lists for MPs and uncensed candidates.

Hasani has said voters are wrong if they cast ballots for candidates who have been banned from the election and who will potentially not be withdrawn from the lists.

“Those who intend to vote for Vetevendosje Movement make mistakes if they vote that way. Countries that remain as unnamed numbers if that vote is around is invalid”, Hasani has indicated.

Those who think they're gonna vote for LVV shouldn't do that. Under law in effect those votes under other circumstances would go as invalid votes. That vote is considered unvalides for both [paratin and candidates]. If any one of them is wrong, cancel”.

“It is wrong to circle the number which has no candidate”.
