He has said he must be voted for people with integrity who can reform in justice.

Blakaj in his writing has stressed that citizens are becoming important only in campaign time, to be forgotten soon after the elections.

According to him, the greatest offenders are the politicians.

Here's his complete writing:

Dear citizens and friends!

From election experiences so far, it has proved that the political class in Kosovo for nothing else has adopted the strategy and creativity of promises in pre-election campaigns to that level, with programs offered, even Scandinavian states, but beyond promises, we continue to fail at the level of Central African states!

This is continuing to happen because the Kosovo citizen's demands are not being taken seriously. The approach when citizens only now become very important as voters -- for a month, and then are forgotten again by being ignored and treated only as numbers, which only have to pay taxes, be responsible, obey and comply with all political decisions, regardless of the cost falling on citizens' backs, is an offer of contempt!

Even more offensive is the fact that powered persons have tried to speak and improvise the solution to justice, while reality has proved to be the greatest violators and abusers of the law, who not only have no respect for rule of law but by their actions have greatly weakened the trust and image of the country! The lack of political will to support judicial reforms by the same actors has sunk the judiciary even more, which continues to be praised by Kosovo citizens and the internationally trusted mechanisms as the system's worst link in the Republic of Kosovo!

Therefore, in these elections, citizens need to choose people with integrity, because it is a guarantee that we can have political will for reform and serious support in justice, which in their agenda must have high priority on full support and without any political influence of judicial power, in order for the judicial power to become hot and earn the trust of citizens.

A functional and integrity-related judicial system is the main figure of an image of a country, is the guardian of democracy, and is thus the key precondition and breath for developing all areas in the judiciary and constitutional order of a developed country.

Therefore, if we want to develop and integrate Kosovo, we must first reform and empower the judicial system, then the rest are common challenges.

Dear citizens, today, it matters. WHO promises, not what he promises!
