Early elections: Government allocates 165m of additional 850 euros to CEC

The government of the Republic of Kosovo, at the request of Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, in accordance with the Government's Labour Rule, has held corresponding collection\electronics, the 56th consecutive meeting, in which it has approved sharing additional means for the Central Election Commission for organising and holding early elections on February 14th 2021. The government has approved the Central Election Commission's request for early aloation in all categories of spending aimed at organising and holding early elections for the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo, as well as the Central Election Commission's request for the separation of financial means in many of 165 thousand and 850 euros, the government's announcement said.
This division takes place at the request of the Central Election Commission on January 08st, 2021, while separate means will be seized by the budgetary category of unscheduled spending. The Central Election Commission with the Budget Law for 2021 has a split in the election programme of 8m and 575 euros, which can be used to meet that obligation. In line with this decision, working overtime for Central Election Commission employees is calculated and paid according to legislation in force, from current budgetary divisions in the wage category and additional”.
