This was made known at a joint conference where Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti was present.
The SBASK chairman, Nundman Jasharaj, has announced that the agreement is formally signed on Friday afternoon.
On Friday afternoon at 2:30 p.m. after technical preparations, the UN agreement on the collective contract has been signed. The UN looks like it didn't see fit to invite the media, because it was considered that the agreement was reached on both issues when it became known to the media at the” conference, Jasraj said.
In addition to the collective contract, the SBASK managed to get government support for additional education workers.
Jasharaj has indicated that although the demand has initially been for education workers to receive an additional 100 euros, this amount has been reduced, as they demanded that no one be overlooked by this decision.
Our request was 100 euros, but given the fact that we insisted that nobody be expelled but to include all workers, from nests, technical workers, administrations, then primary and middle education... and that then changed the issue a little bit, and then we were willing to let go of it not to be 100 but to enjoy this support all, and the prime minister agreed to”, Jasharaj told Television.
The SBASK chairman has indicated that this amount could now be 70 or 80 euros.
For us, it's a big achievement that we don't have any divisions to feel left out, maybe the amount will be 70 or 80 euros”, Jasharaj said.
It has also shown how this additional addition will be realised for education workers.
“With the February salary will receive additions that are valid for January and February, then in May there will be additions for March, April and May, seeing that the school year ends and that risk element from COVID will not be existing”, Jasraij said.
He added that signing the collective contract has been their culmination thanks to Minister Rame Likaj's dedication and the understanding of incumbent Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti.
