Through a post on the official site, the CEC has offered a link where all detailed information on how to apply for recording is published.
“The Central Election Commission encourages all citizens with a fair vote, living outside Kosovo and meeting the respective legal criteria for exploiting their right to register as voters outside Kosovo, and then voting for the Kosovo Republic's (RS) Assembly for the Parliament of Kosovo”, it says in post
