While, the AAK hands out complaints to the Supreme Court against the PZAP decision. (Plate of Justice, 2:00 p.m.)
PZAP through a decision it published on Tuesday has confirmed the Central Election Commission's decision (KQZ) for the failure of five candidates for the Vetvendosje Movement deputies.
Neither did its leader, Albin Kurti, nor Albulen Haxhiu, Liburn Aliu, Bajram Mavriqi and Demi-Murtezi were certified.
Even some MPs from the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo have not been allowed to run for MPs in the 14 February elections.
The decision had reactions from political subjects to which no candidates for MPs were certified.
By law, all parties not satisfied with PZAP's decisions can address the Supreme Court. The parties within 24 hours can hand over complaints to the Supreme Court, and the Court then has 72 hours to respond to the complaints filed.
