The incumbent Kosovo government today has held electronic meetings, in which it has adopted several decisions. Among the decisions is the sharing of 1m euros in compensation for damages caused in the first week floods of January of this year are all the decisions made at the [...] meeting.

These are all decisions made at the 59th meeting of the government in office:

The government of the Republic of Kosovo, after reviewing the Administrative Management Guide for Risk Waste Management, has approved the same. This Administrative Administrator is aimed at determining the rules of collection, division into species, storage, transportation, treatment, storage, and packing dangerous waste. The guideline also determines the conditions that must be met by facilities for dangerous waste management, the enterprise of the protection of workers managing dangerous waste, and the prevention of dangerous substances and the creation of dangerous waste.

The government's approval has taken the decision on sharing financial means for businesses according to the criteria set out with the Economic Recovery Programme of 6.5m euros for subsidising active businesses and employees themselves.

It has also received the government cabinet's approval, and the decision on sharing financial means for compensation for damages in municipalities affected by floods occurred in the first week of January 2021 has received government approval. To that end, 1m euros will be earmarked for compensation of damages caused in residential objects as a result of the first week floods of January 2021.

The Ministry of Local Power will set the criteria for compensation and will establish inter-ministerial commission for verification, assessment and co-ordination of the process of sharing means in municipalities. Under the decision, damage to infrastructure will be covered by municipal budgets, while damages in agriculture will be compensated by municipal budgets and the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development.

The government cabinet has also approved the decision on planning and implementation of the Programme for Economic Resumption Stage II-Masa 4 financial support for projects and initiatives aimed at improving the position of women in society and the economy. The decision imposes the Agency for Gender Equality under the Office of the Prime Minister to implement and monitor this plan.

In the second phase of this plan, with the budget allocated to many 1m euros, it will be used for supporting the target groups as they are:

·women and girls who own small private businesses, producers or services (gastronomies, cleaning, tailoring, washing and dry cleaning, art and art products of cultural heritage (metal works, clothing, artistic products), florist, etc.

·women and girls organized into business forms such as cooperative, B2B (business-to-business) which are in the first line of the production and supply chain of raw materials of individual, commercial and/or mass production industrial

·body physics, who undertake self-employment initiatives that employ and ensure family well-being and/or income income to meet basic needs,

· women and girls from certain social groups (with limited social skills, self-nivourishing mothers, workers in the informal employment market, victims of domestic violence or victims of sexual violence of war, minority Roma, Ashkali, Egyptian, etc.

Even the decision to apply measure no. 16 for Pension and Social Schemes, Program for Economic Recovery, according to decision No. 06/58 of the 1401,2021 has received the government's approval at today's meeting. To that end, tools have been allocated to the amount of 21m euros. 7.5m of these vehicles will be earmarked for doubling payments for social aid, while 13.5m for paying additional 30 euros for pension and social schemes receiving payments of up to 100 euros.

To realise compensation for the added commitment on the ground of active police officials exposed directly to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Government has adopted today's collection decision to share financial means in many of the 1.6m euros.

While another decision has earmarked 8m euros for compensation of monthly extensions on the basic salary for active health personnel for January, February and March 2021. Separation and tools will be done by classification:

1. category I) Doctor, has been allocated 250 euros a month;

2. Category II nurse, given 150 euros a month and

3. Category III ) technical support staff is allotted 100 euros a month.

Four decisions have been approved at today's cabinet meeting for the transfer to positions of senior presiding officials.

1. Betim Recica, former secretary general at the Ministry of Infrastructure, is transferred to the position of chief chief of the Kosovo Standardisation Agency within the Ministry of Trade and Industry;

2. Arton Berisha, former secretary general of the former Public Administration Ministry, is transferred to the position of director general at the Kosovo Academy for Public Security;

3. Cukaj, former secretary general of the former European Integration Ministry, is transferred to the position of chief head of the Agency for the Management of Secuested or Confirmed under the Justice Ministry; and

4. Hajriz Koca, a former secretary general in the former Ministry of Innovation, is transferred to the head-in-chief position at the Investment and Support Agency in Kosovo, within the framework of the Ministry of Trade and Industry.

With two separate decisions approved by the government cabinet, Ekrem Kastrat's mandate has been continued in the position of Chief Labour Inspector at the Ministry of Labour and Social Management in four years' length -- and Fatos the mandate of the Secretary-General in the Ministry of Economy and Environment -- also in length of four (4) years.
