The first order has to do with combating uncertainty about food, expanding nutrients programs for low-income families, writes The Guardian, broadcast The Journal Express.
The second order aims to increase safeguard clauses for federal workers by bringing some collective rights into force and promoting the minimum federal salary of $15 an hour. To accomplish this, Beden will instruct agencies to review lists of workers paid less than $15 an hour and to develop recommendations to raise their salaries.
