This category of politicians, which currently lacks the country or is marginalised within political parties, is chosen because of what it knows to do to benefit voters. As a result, the relationship with these politicians is much simpler and easy to manage.

During their stay in power, these politicians seek neither worship nor absolute conviction that comes with the first one.

Professional partnership gives them the confidence needed not only to meet the challenges they face but also to take responsibility for decisions and mistakes. As such, these politicians rarely blame others for their failures, much less self-victimating.

When they do not do what they are chosen for, they can easily be replaced. No emotional burdens.

Because their lives do not end after politics, their flight from power does not personally experience it. For this reason, they foster the culture of peaceful transfer of power, which is the symbol and meaning of democracy.
